The Play That Goes Wrong Indio Theatre reviews
A Very Sexy Concert!!
Maxwell, the headliner, was phenomenal. His singing, his band, the backdrops, everything. He performed his current album and he did some of his classics from back in the day. I knew all the words to his songs and Common's joints too (which makes concerts even better). Both The Play That Goes Wrong and Common were soooooo freaking good. His tributes to Hip-Hop was flyy too. Unfortunately I missed Chrisette Michelle b/c my friend and I were running late but everything else was amazing. I was already expecting that the concert was gonna be "sexy" but when Common had Bilal there, that just put an extra flame to the fire!! His little dance steps (sexy by the way) were amazing. I wish Common did more of his songs from previous albums, like Finding Forever but he was still amazing and so damn sexy...lol. I saw Common in concert last year and he did not fail to deliver again! There was also some new songs I didn't know that sounded good; can't wait for the new album...it's gonna be hot!! Anyway, the concert was full of real, raw talent. This to me is true music...hip-hop and soulful r&b. I was hoping that all three of them would do something together on stage but... maybe Common and him could do a song together!!! Anyway, I will def. be going to his next albums concert. Most of all, I am happy I was a part of history with Maxwell and Common...this was their first time performing at the Garden and that is amazing in itself. Brooklyn!!!! (concert audience insider)
